what does a mentored session** involve?
My mentoring specialties lie in a combination of explorative conversation, yoga asana, breath work, meditation, and mindful implementation that together weave deeper awareness into your life so it’s filled with gratitude and satisfaction.
This could mean seeing results as you realign your boundaries, hold sacred space for yourself, learn how to be more present within your conversations, discover your mind/body connection as I did on my journey (read more about that HERE), create powerful change in the way you show up in your relationships, practice journaling, form daily implementation practices, and more. As your journey begins to unfold we’ll flow in the direction that we’re guided to take your next steps.
I can help with mobility, flexibility, range of motion, relaxation, Self-esteem, body love, Self-compassion, everything mentioned above, and so much more to help your Self-care practice ooze nourishment so it is a joy to show up to every day and remains sustainable and becomes transformational.
My sessions are available to you both in-person and online (Zoom) and are lovingly prepared for your personal journey.
All mentoring sessions are one-on-one and confidential. Your privacy is of utmost importance to me and all conversations, strategies, and practices stay between you, me, and the yoga mat.
**Your dedication for 8 weeks minimum is requested for mentoring sessions. **

Pricing for Personal Yoga Sessions only:
Each session begins at $75* per hour for the 1st person /$38 per person after that plus an added 15 minutes to your session - max 3 people for a truly personalized experience.
If you’re looking for more of a classroom experience with family, friends, or coworkers, and have more than 3 people plus ample space to practice, I’d be happy to accommodate you for a full 1-hour yoga asana class. $70* up to 4 people and $10 for each person over 4
For both private sessions and private classes, I will travel to you or I am available on Zoom. I can accommodate up to 3 persons with mats and blocks.
*Both personal sessions & group sessions will include a $20 travel fee if more than 10 miles away from my office in Waynesville, NC*
